Poor quality

The leash itself is very nice, but the discs to sublimate appeared to be poor quality. I cleaned them well and used the temp and minutes indicated on the site. They look okay until you see them in good lighting, and then it looks like a spotty coating under the ink. Customer service told me to reheat but made no difference.The card they include in the packaging states that customer satisfaction is their number one priority and they will do anything to make it right
but were not able to provide me with replacement discs. It was to be a gift, so it is worthless to me. Very disappointed.
